What a busy week we have all had this week with lots of activities and visitors for Book Week. We loved reading our favourite books.
Some students from Van Asch Deaf Education Centre visited and read(signed) a book to us. They also taught us lots of signs. We now know how to sign the colours and the alphabet.
On Friday we had a big book parade where we all dressed up as a book character. It was fantastic! We had lots of fun.

You had some amazing costumes Room 4. In Room 2 the children have talked about wanting to know how to sign the alphabet. Maybe you could help us one day. I know Mrs B is a bit of an expert.

Book Week looked so much fun. I was sad to have missed it. The costumes looked great.
